Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I’m very excited to get this new year started! Please join me in supporting our staff as we carry out this year’s theme, “Learning is a Journey that Never Ends.”
Just a few reminders:
· It is critical that your child be at school all day from 8:50 a.m.-3:35 p.m.. Our morning show will air at 9:10 a.m., so please make sure your child is dropped off by then for them to see it.
· Student Drop-Off/Pick-Up: We have approximately 200 cars that pass through the Pick-Up line at the end of the day. While students are getting accustomed to hearing their names called, it may take longer than usual. In the event of lightning or a storm, students will not be released until the storm subsides. The safety of our students is our main concern, so please be patient. Also, remember you must have this year’s name tag in your window during parent pick-up.
· If you wish to change the way your child goes home, we must have that in writing. We will not take dismissal changes over the phone and we will not make changes after 1:00 pm.
